U.S. stocks were little changed on Wednesday as investors looked to a meeting of euro zone finance ministers for clues on the tone of negotiations to deal with Greece's debt crisis. The Dow Jones industrial average was down 0.56 percent at 17,768.61, the S&P 500 was down 0.45 percent at 2,059.2 and the Nasdaq Composite was up 0.10 percent at 4,782.90.

** APPLE INC, $123.79, +1.45 pct

JP Morgan raised its price target on Apple to $145 from $140, estimating that the company would ship 26 million watches in 2015 and 55 million in 2016.

** PEPSICO INC, $99.91, +1.96 pct

The beverage maker reported a better-than-expected fourth-quarter profit, driven by a 3 percent rise in revenue at its North American snack business.

** TESLA MOTORS INC, $210.47, -2.69 pct

Tesla options straddle implies move of 9 pct by Friday, compared with an average move of 11 pct on the day after last eight earnings reports. The stock's two most recent post-earnings moves were both less than 5 pct. Thirty-day at-the-money implied volatility at 53.59 pct, lowest ahead of earnings in last two years, according to Livevol.

** MONSTER WORLDWIDE INC, $5.52, +7.60 pct

Analysts from BMO raised their price target on the stock to $7 from $6, with an "outperform" rating. FBR analysts raised their rating to "outperform" from "market perform".

** TEAMHEALTH HOLDINGS INC, $59.98, +11.36 pct

The healthcare staffing provider forecast full-year revenue above Wall Street's estimate. The company said its forecast assumes incremental benefits from new contract sales and acquisitions and continued expansion of its hospital coverage. It also reported fourth-quarter profit and revenue above the analysts' average estimate.

** KB HOME, $13.77, +1.18 pct

The U.S. homebuilder estimated a 25 percent jump in first-quarter year-on-year net orders for new homes and said its quarter-to-date net order value rose 26 percent to $519.2 million.

** TROVAGENE INC, $5.12, +6.22 pct

The cancer-monitoring device maker said it sold about 5.1 million common shares in a public offering, raising about $23 million in gross proceeds. Trovagene said it intended to use the net proceeds to fund research and development.

The company had about $30 million in cash and cash equivalents at Oct. 31, according to a regulatory filing and about 18.9 million shares outstanding as of Sept. 30, according to Thomson Reuters data.

** LIONS GATE ENTERTAINMENT CORP, $32.54, +9.60 pct

The movie studio will issue shares to cable TV pioneer John Malone in exchange for a part of his stake in cable network Starz.

** MONDELEZ INTERNATIONAL INC, $36.45, +1.79 pct

The maker of Cadbury chocolate and Oreo cookies, reported a better-than-expected adjusted quarterly profit and said it expects cost cuts to boost full-year adjusted operating margin this year.

** AOL INC, $39.89, -11.02 pct

The digital media company said 2015 revenue will be hurt in the first half of the year by a sales force realignment. The company added that in 2015, it expects revenue for its membership group to decline in the high single digits in percentage terms, while domestic display revenue is expected to decline in the high single digits in first half of the year before rebounding in the second half.

** ADVAXIS INC, $7.48, +6.55 pct

The company said it would collaborate with Incyte Corp to test a combination of Advaxis' immunotherapy, ADXS-HPV, and Incyte's epacadostat, for use in cervical cancer

** CHARLES RIVER LABORATORIES INTERNATIONAL INC, $72.06, +3.39 pct

The laboratory services provider posted a better-than expected fourth-quarter profit late on Tuesday as revenue rose in its drug discovery and safety assessment business.

** CAFEPRESS INC, $2.53, +19.34 pct

The print-on-demand website said it would sell its art business to privately held Circle Graphics Inc for about $31.5 mln million in cash

** WELLCARE HEALTH PLANS INC, $81.18, +8.02 pct

The health insurer's adjusted profit beat estimates as the company maintained is strong enrollment rate

** USANA HEALTH SCIENCES INC, $101.31, -6.58 pct

The weight-loss supplement maker posted a lower-than-expected fourth-quarter profit on Tuesday, hurt by higher incentives expenses

** BALLARD POWER SYSTEMS INC, $2.59, +53.25 pct

The company signed an $80 million deal with Volkswagen Group to transfer fuel cell intellectual property. It also extended the long-term engineering services agreement signed in 2013 through March 2019.

** RITE AID CORP, $8.3, +9.50 pct

The drugstore operator said it would buy pharmacy benefit manager EnvisionRx for about $2 billion, to enter the business of administering drug benefits for employers.

** A10 NETWORKS INC, $4.04, -17.38 pct

JP Morgan cut its price target on the company's stock to $6 from $6.50.

"...With the first-quarter guide for a 6 percent year-on-year decline in revenues the company will have to work hard to deliver full year growth above the market," analysts wrote in a note.

** HEAT BIOLOGICS INC, $5.69, +9.98 pct

The cancer vaccine developer presented positive preclinical data on a re-engineered version of its experimental cancer vaccine technology at a medical conference.

** THORATEC CORP, $38.92, +6.89 pct

Analysts at Leerink Partners LLC raised their price target on the stock to $45 from $32, Raymond James to $41 from $29 and Canaccord Genuity to $41 to $39. The heart device maker also reported a higher-than-expected fourth-quarter profit on Tuesday as its sales grew.

** CAESARSTONE SDOT-YAM LTD, $61.85, -3.60 pct

The company said it expects 2015 revenue of $515 million-$525 million, compared with the average analyst estimate of $530 million.

** ACCO BRANDS CORP, $7.73, -4.21 pct

The branded school and office product maker said it expects 2015 adjusted earnings of 78-82 cents per share, largely below analysts estimate of 82 cents.

** DELCATH SYSTEMS INC, $1.05, -20.45 pct

The medical device maker said it will offer 2.46 million shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to 1.1 million shares at a combined price of $1.15 per share and related warrants.

** 500.COM LTD, $17.86, -6.88 pct

The Chinese online lottery platform's fourth-quarter adjusted profit missed the average estimate of two analysts, as costs increased.

** ANTHERA PHARMA INC, $3.8399, +18.15 pct

The drug developer said on Tuesday that an independent futility analysis showed the late-stage study of its lupus drug, blisibimod, could continue as planned. The company also said it regained compliance with Nasdaq's listing requirements and so, would continue to be listed on exchange.

** XOOM CORP, $14.06, -7.13 pct

At least four brokerages cut their price targets on the stock, with Compass Point the most bearish at $10, after company's full-year forecast.

** JIVE SOFTWARE INC, $5.2, -14.61 pct

The company forecast a bigger-than-expected 2015 loss and revenue below analysts' estimate on Tuesday.

** DIGITAL ALLY INC, $13.09, +24.67 pct

The wearable video camera maker said demand for its FleetVU Manager software continues to expand among commercial fleet operators. The company recently received orders from operators of ambulances, taxis and small-bus fleets.

** AWARE INC, $4.45, -12.92 pct

The imaging software maker's fourth-quarter revenue fell 24 percent to $4.3 million, hurt by lower sales of hardware products.

** JONES ENERGY INC, $9.92, -12.44 pct

** SEVENTY SEVEN ENERGY INC, $4.82, -8.54 pct

** STONE ENERGY CORP, $16.37, -2.27 pct

** PINGTAN MARINE ENTERPRISE LTD, $2.97, -0.34 pct

The Chinese ocean fishing company said its subsidiary, Fujian Provincial Pingtan County Ocean Fishing Group Co Ltd, entered into an investment agreement with China Agriculture Industry Development Fund Co Ltd. China Agriculture will invest 400 million yuan (about $64 million) for a 8 percent stake in Pingtan Fishing's operating company.

** INTERXION HOLDING NV, $31.87, +13.82 pct

British data center provider Telecity Group Plc has agreed a non-binding $2.2 billion all-share deal to buy New York-listed Interxion, looking to tap growing demand for "cloud" technology.

** ZOETIS INC, $45.38, +3.35 pct

The animal health company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter results, which Jefferies & Co says was due to a lower-than-expected tax rate.

The company cut its 2015 revenue forecast, which now largely matches Wall Street estimates, to reflect the forex impact and completion of an acquisition.

** ONCOLYTICS BIOTECH INC, $0.5, +6.38 pct

The Canadian biotech company said the U.S. FDA granted its lead drug, reolysin, orphan drug status for the treatment of ovarian cancer.

** BELLATRIX EXPLORATION LTD, $2.56, +15.32 pct

Prominent hedge fund manager Seth Klarman bought 21.8 million shares of the company, representing an 11.4 percent stake, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday. (1.usa.gov/1ISluIa)

** CHICO'S FAS INC, $18.17, +5.33 pct

Private equity firm Sycamore Partners is in talks to buy the women's apparel retailer and is trying to secure debt financing of up to $3 billion, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

** PIER 1 IMPORTS INC, $13.1, -22.80 pct

The furniture retailer forecast 2015 profit below analysts' expectations, citing weak sales in January and February and higher supply chain costs.

** SANGAMO BIOSCIENCES INC, $13.695, +8.09 pct

The biotechnology company's fourth-quarter revenue was $15 million, compared with the average analyst estimate of $14.5 million, helped by payments from deals with companies such as Shire, Biogen Idec, Dow AgroSciences, and Sigma Aldrich.

** GILEAD SCIENCES INC, $99.75, +1.45 pct

The drugmaker said on Tuesday that it expects the number of hepatitis C patients treated in Europe with its Sovaldi drug to increase dramatically this year, and that approvals for the newer combination pill, Harvoni, could come quickly.

** MOLINA HEALTHCARE INC, $57.39, +2.01 pct
