BUZZ-U.S. STOCKS ON THE MOVE-Gold miners: Harmony, Barrick, Yamana

U.S. stock index futures pulled back on Monday, after the three major indexes extended their post-election rally and closed at record highs.

Dow Jones industrial average futures were down 0.31 percent at 19,084, S&P 500 futures were down 0.32 percent at 2,204.25 and Nasdaq 100 futures were down 0.22 percent at 4,857.75.

** ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI LTD, Friday close $10.88, +2.67 pct premarket

** BARRICK GOLD CORP, Friday close $14.76, +1.96 pct premarket

** YAMANA GOLD INC, Friday close $2.92, +2.40 pct premarket

U.S.-listed stocks of gold miners were up as gold rose over 1 percent, recovering from near 10-month lows, as the U.S. dollar extended losses after touching a near 14-year high last week.

** JOHNSON & JOHNSON, Friday close $114.13, +0.23 pct premarket

The U.S. healthcare company said on Friday it was in preliminary talks with Actelion about a potential takeover of Europe's largest biotech firm, currently valued at about $20 billion.

** BOEING CO, Friday close $150.04

Norway plans to order five of the company's P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol planes to maintain its surveillance capacity and meet future security challenges, the NATO country's Defence Ministry said.

** ENERGY TRANSFER PARTNERS LP, Friday close $35.34

U.S. authorities said on Sunday they had no plans to forcibly remove activists protesting the pipeline operator's plans to run an oil pipeline beneath a lake near the Standing Rock Sioux reservation in North Dakota, despite telling them to leave by early December.

** CENTENNIAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT INC, Friday close $15.31

Privately held Silverback Exploration LLC will sell oil and gas assets in the Delaware Basin, Texas, for $855 million to Centennial Resource Development Inc, which is backed by energy private equity fund Riverstone Holdings LLC. (Compiled by John Benny in Bengaluru; Edited by Martina D'Couto)
