U.S. stock index futures pulled back on Monday, after the three major indexes extended their post-election rally and closed at record highs.
Dow Jones industrial average futures were down 0.29 percent at 19,088, S&P 500 futures were down 0.28 percent at 2,205 and Nasdaq 100 futures were down 0.18 percent at 4,859.75.
