The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.14 percent at 19,165.32, the S&P 500 was up 0.09 percent at 2,193 and the Nasdaq Composite was down 0.18 percent at 5,241.71.

The gun maker’s sales and earnings forecast for the third-quarter were below analysts’ estimates.
** G-III APPAREL GROUP LTD , $28.02, +4.24 pct
The apparel and accessories maker cut its full-year adjusted profit and sales forecast for 2017 and said there will be additional pressure on its retail business in the fourth quarter.
** FIVE BELOW INC , $43.721, +9.63 pct
The teen apparel retailer reported a better-than-expected third-quarter profit.
** FAIRMOUNT SANTROL HOLDINGS, $8.85, -7.04 pct
ASP FML Holdings LLC, an affiliate of private-equity firm American Securities LLC, sold 20 million of the frac sand supplier’s shares, lowering its ownership stake to about 23 percent from 32 percent.

** PERSHING GOLD CORP, $3.562, -5.27 pct
The gold miner raised gross proceeds of about $7.5 million from the sale of 2.2 million shares, or about 8 percent of total outstanding shares.
** SQUARE INC, $13.04, +2.60 pct
Deutsche Bank upgraded the company’s stock to “buy” from “hold” and raised its target price, saying the mobile payments company is well positioned to capitalize on positive trends in the industry.
** AMERICAN AIRLINES GROUP INC , $46.37, +1.36 pct
