Wall Street looked set to open higher on Tuesday as investors appeared to have shrugged off the potential impact from increased political tensions following Monday's deadly attacks in Turkey and Germany.

Dow Jones industrial average futures were up 0.26 percent at 19,889, S&P 500 futures were up 0.25 percent at 2,265.75 and Nasdaq 100 futures were up 0.25 percent at 4,951.

** RITE AID CORP, Monday close $8.17, +5.88 pct premarket

** WALGREENS BOOTS ALLIANCE INC, Monday close $86.06, +1.39 pct premarket

** FRED'S INC, Monday close $11.15

Rite Aid Corp, which is being acquired by Walgreens Boots Alliance, said it would sell 865 stores to Fred's Inc for $950 million in cash.

** GENERAL MILLS INC, Monday close $63.06, -3.27 pct premarket

The Cheerio's cereal owner reported lower-than-expected quarterly profit and sales, hurt by weak demand for its Yoplait yogurt and Progresso soups in the United States, its biggest market.

** ADVANCED MICRO DEVICES INC, Monday close $10.95, +2.19 pct premarket

** NVIDIA CORP, Monday close $101.63, +2.97 pct premarket

A Mizuho analyst upgraded Advanced Micro Devices to "buy" from "neutral". The brokerage also raised Nvidia's price target to $115 from $80.

** BLACKBERRY LTD, Monday close $7.71, +1.69 pct premarket

The company posted another loss and a surprisingly sharp fall in revenue on Tuesday as the software growth it is relying on failed to make up for shrinking handset sales and lost service fees.

** CONATUS PHARMACEUTICALS INC, Monday close $1.96, +157.14 pct premarket

Multiple brokerages raised price targets on Conatus Pharmaceuticals after Swiss drugmaker Novartis said it signed a licensing deal to co-develop a fatty liver disease drug with the drugmaker, under which the small U.S. company will receive $50 million up front.

** ACADIA PHARMACEUTICALS INC, Monday close $25.43, +17.58 pct premarket

The company said its drug to treat psychosis in patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease met its main goal in a mid-stage study.

** NAVISTAR INTERNATIONAL CORP, Monday close $29.69, -12.16 pct premarket

The truck and engine maker's revenue fell for the seventh straight quarter due to lower sales of its heavy-duty trucks.

** RESOLUTE ENERGY CORP, Monday close $41, -3.56 pct premarket

The oil producer priced its public offering of 3.8 million shares at a 7.3 percent discount to the stock's Monday close.

** NEOPHOTONICS INC, Monday close $12.49, -16.73 pct premarket
