Wall Street rose on Friday boosted by higher oil prices after the OPEC agreed to
a modest increase in output, but a drop in technology stocks capped gains.
    At 12:00 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.69 percent at
24,630.7. The S&P 500 was up 0.42 percent at 2,761.19 and the Nasdaq
Composite was down 0.14 percent at 7,702.402.
