Aug 1 (Reuters) - CannTrust Holdings Inc said on Thursday that the Ontario Security Commission (OSC) has opened an investigation into matters and parties related to the Canadian cannabis producer.
The company also said it would miss the deadline to file its interim results for the three and six months ended June 30.
The investigation has been assigned to the Joint Serious Offences Team, the enforcement branch of the OSC. (Reporting by Shanti S Nair in Bengaluru; Editing by Sriraj Kalluvila)
