Dec 17 (Reuters) - Canada stocks futures fell on Tuesday, putting the main index on track to break a three-day winning streak, as optimism over an interim U.S.-China trade deal waned.
December futures on the S&P/TSX index were down 0.2% at 7:00 a.m. ET (1200 GMT).
Manufacturing sales data is due at 08:30 a.m. ET
The Toronto Stock Exchange’s TSX closed up 0.31% to 17,056.36 on Monday.
Dow Jones Industrial Average e-mini futures were down 0.13% at 7:00 a.m. ET, while S&P 500 e-mini futures were down 0.04% and Nasdaq 100 e-mini futures were flat.
Canadian lumber products company Canfor Corp has rejected Great Pacific Capital Corp’s proposal to take it private.
