Canada third-quarter household debt-to-income ratio rises, still near record

(Reuters) - The ratio of Canadian household debt-to-income widened to 173.8 percent in the third quarter from an upwardly revised 173.2 percent in the second quarter, Statistics Canada said on Friday.

National net worth grew by 2.5 percent in the third quarter to C$12.06 trillion ($9.02 trillion), while national net worth increased to C$323,986 on a per capita basis.
