Canada not ruling out Libya no-fly zone: minister

PARIS (Reuters) - Canada does not rule out supporting a no-fly zone over Libya, but wants more details on how such an operation would be carried out, Canadian Foreign Minister Lawrence Cannon said on Monday.

“We want more details on how to implement it,” Cannon told reporters before talks in Paris with its Group of Eight partners. “We need a viable and objective solution that can do the job,” he said.
