Her son, Henry Story Driver, was born in Los Angeles on Friday, the first child for the 38-year-old star of the cable TV show “The Riches.”

She has said the unidentified father is English and will be involved in the baby’s upbringing.

Driver, who also is developing a music career as a singer/songwriter, currently stars with British comedian Eddie Izzard in cable channel FX’s show “The Riches,” about a family of con artists. She received an Academy Award nomination for her supporting turn in the 1997 film “Good Will Hunting.”
