TORONTO, July 16 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index rose on Wednesday, with bullish economic data from China helping drive up prices of commodities and shares of natural resource producers. The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed up 145.02 points, or 0.96 percent, at 15,226.34. Nine of the 10 main sectors on the index were higher.
