* Says appoints Chang Park as auditor
March 16 (Reuters) - Genesis Worldwide Inc said it will miss the March-end deadline to file full-year financial statements because of a change of auditors.
The Ontario-based company, a provider of building products and technology, said it will file the statements by April 29.
It appointed Chang Park as auditors on Jan. 24, after Ernst & Young LLP resigned last November, it said in a statement.
Genesis said it was also going through a restructuring of its accounting department.
Shares of the company closed at 70 Canadian cents a share on Tuesday on the Toronto Venture Exchange. (Reporting by Aftab Ahmed in Bangalore)
