U.S. stock index futures were little changed on Thursday, as investors held off on making bets with key indexes at record levels and looked toward Friday's closely watched payrolls report for trading incentives. Dow Jones industrial average futures were down 0.11 percent at 17,393, S&P 500 futures were down 0.21 percent at 2,014.5 and Nasdaq 100 futures were down 0.13 percent at 4,137.
