Chile's bottler 2007 net profit up 2.2 percent

SANTIAGO, Feb 8 (Reuters) - Chile’s Embotelladora Andina said on Friday its net profit rose 2.2 percent in 2007 amid rising sales.

    Andina AKOb.SN AND_pb.SN, which bottles and distributes Coca-Cola (KO.N) products in Chile, Brazil and Argentina, said profit in 2007 was 81.602 billion pesos ($164 million) versus 79.857 billion pesos in 2006. ($1 = 497.8 Chilean pesos at the end of December) (Reporting by Manuel Farias)
