UPDATE 1-Kinross sees 2010 output, costs in-line with forecast

* Sees 2010 gold output of 2.3 mln to 2.35 mln oz

TORONTO, Jan 14 (Reuters) - Kinross Gold Corp (K.TO) said on Friday it expects its full-year 2010 production and costs to be in line with its prior outlook.

The company had forecast full-year production in the range of 2.3 million to 2.35 million ounces, with an average cost of sales of between $505 and $520 per ounce.

The Toronto-based gold miner said it plans to outline its forecast for 2011, along with its updated mineral reserve and resource statements, when it releases its 2010 financial and operating results on Feb. 16. (Reporting by Euan Rocha, editing by Gerald E. McCormick)
