TORONTO, April 17 (Reuters) - Genesis Land Development Corp (GDC.TO) said on Friday it named a new interim chief financial officer and planned further changes that will “strengthen the operations and finance functions of the company”.
In an evening statement, Genesis Land said Dale Kearns would be its new interim CFO, replacing Frank Devcich, and Brent Ling would take over as interim chief operating officer.
The decisions were taken by a special committee looking into events leading up to the company’s restatement of its third-quarter results, it said.
