(Reuters) - Canadian telecoms company Telus Corp said it has reached a “tentative collective agreement” with the Telecommunications Workers Union (TWU).

Telus and the TWU gave no further details of the agreement, which covers about 12,100 Telus employees nationally.

The TWU has confirmed that it will present the tentative agreement to its members in the coming weeks and recommend their members vote in favor of it, Telus said in a statement.
