NAIROBI (Reuters) - Police in Kenya conducted a mock security exercise at a campus in Kenya’s capital on Monday that sparked panic over a feared attack.

“It was a mock exercise,” Japheth Koome, the police commander in the capital told Reuters. “We wanted to check on alertness of emergency services.”
