Russian PM says terrorism requires global response

MANILA (Reuters) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Wednesday terrorism was a global challenge and required a a global response.

Speaking on the sidelines of a summit of Asia-Pacific nations in Manila, Medvedev said: “The terror attacks that Russia and France have just faced affected the whole world. The terrorism expansion is indeed a global challenge. And it requires a united response”.
